High Hope Int'l Group Jiangsu Champion Holdings Ltd. (SOHO Champion) was established in 1987, with its predecessor being the Jiangsu Branch of China National Textiles Import and Export Corporation. In 1996, it was restructured into Jiangsu HighHope International Group, and went public with the Group in July 2015. In July 2023, following provincial trade enterprise restructuring, it joined Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group (SOHO Holdings Group), and was renamed to its current name in July 2025. The company has a registered capital of RMB 129 million. As of end-2025, total assets reached RMB 1.943 billion, owners’ equity RMB 346 million, and 190 employees.
The company has built a diversified business portfolio covering garments & home textiles, timber, agricultural products, oil & chemicals, and machinery & equipment. It integrates domestic and international market resources to drive growth, and manages subsidiaries including Hongjin Company, Hongxie Company and Baiyi Company, while its self-owned brand “forecast spring” is expanding globally.
